• Device & App Data: Device model, operating system, app version, language settings, IP address, and network information.
• Smart Device Connection Data: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi identifiers (such as SSID, signal strength, and device MAC address) necessary to connect your lighting hardware to your home network.
• Log & Usage Information: Interaction data, error logs, diagnostics, and performance data used to maintain product reliability.

C. Location Permission Clarification

Our app may request Location Permission on Android and iOS only because it is required by the operating system to enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi device pairing with your smart lighting hardware.
We do not collect, store, or track your GPS location.
This permission is strictly used for hardware setup and connectivity.

D. Information From Third Parties

• Login providers (Google / Apple, if you choose to sign in this way).
• Service partners who help us provide cloud messaging, analytics, or crash reporting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Enable and support connection and control of your lighting devices.
• Provide customer service and technical support.
• Send important product alerts, safety notices, or service updates.
• Improve our Services and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal information.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we will still send essential service and safety messages.
